HST-02 Heat Seal Tester
After heat seal tester heat seals the sample, the sample is taken to further mechanical analysis ,then the material's best heat sealing time, pressure and temperature are determined. The process is to ensure that the material can withstand a certain amount of external force during packaging, transportation, storage and consumption without cracking or leaking.
Test Principle
The sample are placed between upper and lower sealing jaws when the preset temperature is reached, then upper jaw moves down to exert preset pressure on the sample, in a preset time interval. Then the sample is taken away from the heat sealing area to keep cool, for further analysis.
HST-02 is first generation heat sealer developed by Cell Instruments. It has below features.
- 1. Both manual and foot switch jaw movement control available. Humanized structure design.
2. Brand digital P.I.D. temperature control for precise temperature parameter.
3. Jaws are heated evenly to prevent leakage and uneven sealing.
4. Independent temperature control of the upper and lower sealing jaws.
5. Non-standard size heat sealing jaws and patterns can be customized.
