HST-01 Heat Seal Tester

Heat Sealing tester HST-01 adopts the test principle of hot pressing and sealing. By making the sealing part of the plastic film into a viscous flow state, with a certain pressure, the two layers of film are fused into a whole, and a certain strength and sealing performance are maintained after cooling. Through the mechanical analysis of the material after heat sealing, the optimal heat sealing time, pressure and temperature are determined to achieve the purpose of production line parameters.

Application

Through the mechanical analysis of the material after heat sealing, HST-01 heat seal tester can help to determine the best heat sealing time, pressure and temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of production line parameters and quality control. To ensure that the product can withstand a certain amount of external force during packaging, transportation, storage and consumption without cracking or leaking.

Test Principle

A sample strip is sealed by applying pressure from two flat heated jaws under defined conditions of temperatures, dwell time and pressure.
