A proper torque value of the bottle cap has a great impact on the intermediate transportation of the bottled product and the final consumption, so this torque test has been widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, beverages and other industries.

Test Procedures

Carefully position the container or the continuous thread closure in such a manner that the axis of rotation of the closure is concentric with the center of the torque tester. The the pneumatic posts will clamp the sample body and cap firmly. Operate the tester to start rotating the body so that the locking or opening torque force can be measured.
